Brief Report

woman, girl, eye

This brief report concentrates on how all women, but more predominantly young adult women living in the United States, need to look for signs and symptoms that relay any information regarding their chances of developing Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). It was created for my Professional Health Writing class, which allowed me to gain more insight into women’s reproductive disorders, and why they must develop a management plan with their physician, based on their current health concerns, and their needs. This piece additionally illustrates how woman improve the effectiveness of medications used to help manage their glucose and improve insulin resistance in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). This piece showcases my ability to:

– use various design techniques to deliver a health message.

– create design elements to visualize numerical data.

– compile research into a persuasive infographic.
